These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the website Tourage Patisserie & Confections (owned and operated by Hadobakes LLC dba Tourage Patisserie & Confections) and your participation in any purchase, order, or interaction with our business, whether online, in person, or through third-party marketplaces.

Tourage Patisserie & Confections reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

2. Eligibility & Use of Site

This website is intended for users over the age of 18 or those using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to engage in activities that could damage, disable, or interfere with its operation.

3. Products & Availability

All items are made in small batches and are subject to availability. Because our pastries are handcrafted, variations in size, color, or appearance may occur — these are not considered defects but part of the artisan nature of our products.

We reserve the right to adjust menu offerings, prices, or availability at any time without notice.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received through our online store or approved payment system.

• Orders placed by 4:00 PM are typically eligible for next-day delivery, based on availability and delivery zone.

• Delivery days and pickup times are listed on our Monthly Calendar and are subject to change due to weather, market schedules, or production needs.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Tourage Patisserie is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our pastries are made to order and perishable, all sales are final once production begins.
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Refunds or credits may be granted at our discretion for cancellations made within the appropriate window.

We do not offer refunds for products that have been consumed, damaged after delivery, or not collected during the scheduled pickup period.

In the unlikely event that an order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

6. Custom & Corporate Orders

Custom or corporate orders may require a deposit to confirm production. Deposits become nonrefundable once production or sourcing has begun.

Timeline, packaging, and fulfillment details will be confirmed prior to acceptance of a custom order.

7. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our pastries are produced in a facility that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other allergens. While we take every precaution to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, branding, copy, logos, and product names associated with Tourage Patisserie & Confections are the intellectual property of Hadobakes LLC.
They may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Marketing & Photography

We may photograph or reference custom and standard products created by Tourage Patisserie & Confections for marketing, portfolio, or promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to fulfillment.

10. Privacy & Data Use

We collect personal information (such as name, email, phone number, and delivery address) solely for the purpose of processing orders, communication, and optional marketing updates.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in our messages.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tourage Patisserie & Confections is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
All products are consumed at your own discretion and risk.
