The Story
Behind Tourage

Pastry built from experience, curiosity, and an obsession with the details.

Meet Michael Hadobas

Tourage was founded by pastry chef Michael Hadobas after more than fifteen years working across fine dining, hospitality, education, and artisan production.

Michael spent over seven years with Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group in Las Vegas and Singapore, helping open Spago Singapore as Executive Pastry Chef. He later spent six years teaching Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry, where sharing the craft with young chefs gave him a new perspective on patience, process, and the value of making things well.

Tourage brings those experiences together: classical technique, global inspiration, thoughtful design, and pastry that feels both familiar and entirely its own.

Why Tourage Exists

Tourage began with a desire to make pastry more intentionally. Not for the sake of novelty, but to create food that rewards attention: deeply caramelized edges, delicate layers, balanced flavors, and the kind of texture that makes you pause after the first bite.

Every pastry is shaped by what came before it... years in professional kitchens, time spent teaching, flavors encountered while traveling, and memories that continue to resurface in new forms. Tourage is where those influences become something personal.

Always Refining

Tourage is built on the idea that good work is never really finished. Recipes evolve. Techniques become more precise. Shapes change when a better solution appears. Each market, batch, and season becomes an opportunity to learn something and carry it forward.

The goal is not constant reinvention for its own sake. It is to keep paying attention... to texture, consistency, flavor, and the experience of the person eating the pastry - and to make the next batch better than the last.

Every Layer is Intentional

Tourage is still evolving, but the standard remains the same: real ingredients, thoughtful technique, and the belief that the smallest details are often the ones people remember.

Thank you for being part of what comes next.
