At Tourage Patisserie & Confections (owned and operated by Hadobakes LLC), we take great care in ensuring every order arrives as fresh and beautiful as it leaves our kitchen. This policy outlines how we handle local delivery, pickup, and order processing.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Overview
Tourage Patisserie & Confections is a Las Vegas–based mobile bakery offering local delivery and scheduled pickup only. We currently do not ship nationwide or offer mail delivery for perishable products.
Our pastries are made in small batches and delivered fresh to ensure the best possible experience.
2. Local Delivery

Orders placed by 4:00 PM are typically eligible for next-day delivery, based on product availability and delivery zone.

Delivery availability, dates, and time windows are listed on our Monthly Calendar.

Deliveries are made within the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas only.

A delivery fee may apply depending on your distance from our kitchen or designated pickup location.
If a delivery attempt cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or an inaccessible location, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you. A second delivery may incur an additional fee.
3. Pickup
Pickup orders are typically fulfilled from:

Pickup dates and times are shown on our Monthly Calendar and at checkout when placing your order.
Orders not collected during the scheduled pickup window may be considered forfeited, as our pastries are perishable and cannot be resold or held beyond that day.
4. Processing Times
Because every pastry is handcrafted to order, we ask for sufficient time to prepare your items with care.

Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours, depending on volume and schedule.

Custom or large orders may require additional lead time, which will be confirmed upon request.
5. Service Limitations & Interruptions
In rare cases, delivery schedules may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, road closures, or event-related restrictions. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to reschedule or make alternate arrangements.
6. Shipping (Not Currently Available)
We do not currently offer national or international shipping for pastries or confections.
Select shelf-stable products may become eligible for shipping in the future; updates will be announced via our website and newsletter when available.
7. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives incorrect or is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will review your concern and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
