Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tourage Patisserie & Confections (owned and operated by Hadobakes LLC), every pastry is handcrafted in small batches, made to order, and prepared with the highest level of care. Because of the perishable nature of our products, this policy outlines how we handle refunds, cancellations, and order adjustments

Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final Once Production Begins

Our pastries are freshly made and time-sensitive. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Each item is crafted specifically for your order, and we are unable to resell prepared products.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If an item arrives incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at hello@touragepatisserie.com.


We may request photos or a brief description of the issue to help us resolve it. After review, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

We want every experience to meet the standards of quality Tourage is known for, and we’ll always make things right when something falls short.

3. Missed Pickups or Failed Deliveries

Because our pastries are perishable, we are unable to hold or remake items for missed pickups or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at the delivery location.


In these cases, no refunds or credits can be issued.

4. Custom & Corporate Orders

Custom, large-volume, or corporate orders may require a deposit to secure your date and materials.
Once production or sourcing begins, deposits become nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule or make changes, we’ll make every effort to accommodate, but adjustments depend on timing and production availability.

5. Gift Cards & Promotional Credits

Gift cards and promotional credits are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash. They can be applied toward any future eligible purchase through our online store or custom order program.

6. Our Commitment

We take pride in the quality and consistency of our work. Every pastry is made with intention, and while we cannot offer broad refunds for perishable goods, we stand behind everything that leaves our kitchen.
