Founder & Pastry Chef

Michael Hadobas is the founder and creative force behind Tourage Patisserie & Confections, a Las Vegas–based mobile bakery crafting refined, small-batch pastries that blend European technique with modern design.

With over 15 years in the culinary industry, Michael’s path has been defined by exploration, reinvention, and an enduring respect for craft. He spent more than seven years with Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, working in both Las Vegas and Singapore, where he helped open Spago Singapore as Executive Pastry Chef. His time abroad — including several years living and working in Australia — shaped his appreciation for global flavors, meticulous technique, and design-driven presentation.

Michael’s career has spanned fine dining, luxury hospitality, education, and artisan production. After returning to the U.S., he explored the emerging world of culinary cannabis as a chocolatier, merging precision with creativity in a new context.

He later spent six years as a Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry instructor at a CTE high school, mentoring the next generation of young chefs and finding renewed inspiration in teaching.

Tourage Patisserie & Confections represents the culmination of that journey — a space where skill and storytelling meet. Every pastry, from a caramelized Kouign Amann to a custom confection, reflects Michael’s belief that food should engage the senses, evoke emotion, and leave a lasting impression.
